Hello, I’m moving out of my flat and I’m looking for someone to take my double room. My current flatmate is an active young professional working in Glasgow city centre and is really easy to live with. The room is available from 1st of June or earlier if necessary.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and bathroom. The room comes with a large double bed, spacious built-in wardrobe and there is enough room for a desk. The flat is in a great location close to Great Western Road and just a few minutes walk from Kelvinbridge subway station it Kelvingrove park. It’s also right next to Lidl which is pretty convenient. There is permit parking and it is never an issue finding a space right outside the flat. The letting agency managing the flat is Clyde property.
