I’m looking for a female lodger to join my furnished 2-bed, 1-bath flat right across from Glasgow Green :) The flat is super central, but away from busy main roads so it’s quiet and peaceful! It’s within walking distance to Strathclyde Uni and the city centre. Your room will come with a double bed, bedside table, work desk, chair, and built-in closet. You’ll also get your own storage room.

I’m looking for:
Someone who wants a clean and cozy home environment. Friends and the occasional gatherings are welcome but please know that this is not a party flat :) Please no smoking or frequent overnight stays for guests. Ideally another student for council tax purposes. Professional females are welcome too! (Council tax is band D but you’d get a 25% discount for living with a student).

A little bit about me:
I’m the primary tenant of this flat, lived here for two years and have been absolutely loving it :) I’m a biochemistry PhD student in my final year, so I’ll usually be in the lab from 10-6 on weekdays. I love baking so you can expect to be bombarded with sweets and cakes on weekends! I’m pretty chill and friendly and would love a friendly flatmate dynamic. At the same time, I really value my own space after a long day at the lab, so I'll appreciate having a good balance between spending time together and having our own personal space. 🤍
