Looking for someone aged around 18-21 (preferably a student) to take over my room within the flat. I hope to move out by the end of the month, so any inquiries are welcome and the earlier the move-in date the better.

There are 2 bathrooms, one is an en-suite attached to tenant no.5's bedroom, however it is free to use if the other bathroom is occupied.

There's a kitchen and dining space with cupboard space and fridge/freezer room, however there's no communal living space.

The other occupants are aged 19-20 and are students at the University of Glasgow.
