I live in a 4 bed house in the Ruchill area of Glasgow G20. It’s one mile to Glasgow campus. I’m looking to rent out another one of my rooms. My current lodger is a female professional, 33 years old. I’m looking for another female someone who could maybe hangout with my current lodger and become friends. I own and live in the property, which comes with a driveway and has room for one more car, but if you have a bike there is also a garage you can store your bike in. The room is fully furnished, double bed, wardrobe, a chest of drawers. The property has off street parking, broadband, washing machine and dishwasher. The rear garden has patio furniture and table and chairs and sun loungers. The price includes all bills including council TAX.
