Hey, me (F22) and my flatmate (M22) are looking for a flatmate to move in ideally start of June.

About the flat- It is located in townhead, a 5 minute walk away from strathclyde university and 10 minutes from town centre.
It’s £600 a month (bills not included) and comes fully furnished.

About us- I am a student as strathclyde whereas my flatmate has just graduated this year. We’re both sociable, respectful and tidy.

About you- Looking for a female flatmate, open to either students or working professionals. We would love someone with similar interests as us- friendly, tidy etc.
