I'm currently looking at potential flatmates to take over my current flatmate's room in our 2 bed flat that is right next to Charing Cross train station (direct trains to Edinburgh) and the Mitchell Library.

You’d be getting the bigger room with attached bathroom and memory foam mattress :)

The landlord and letting agent are really nice and responsive and they have a short application form you’ll have to fill out for the tenancy contract just an fyi.

The flat is fairly newly fitted out with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate living room - and the whole flat is furnished by the landlord,
The building is very well kept and there's a mix of students, professionals and young families living in it who are all fairly quiet but friendly.
The rent is inclusive of the flat rent, bills and council tax (which would get a bit lower if you're a student) and I'm happy to continue managing the bill accounts too.

I would say I am a very tidy flatmate who likes to be considerate of others and keep things clean when we can so I'd be keen to find someone similar if possible!
