We are looking for a new flatmate! Move in from the 14th of June, would prefer someone who works rather than a student. Double room for rent in a top floor 3-bedroom tenement flat. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk and chest of drawers.

The flat is located in a prime location, on Byres Road just 5 minutes from the University of Glasgow and 5 minutes from Hillhead Subway. Plenty of nearby shops and amenities.

Rent is £450 a month excluding bills. Gas/Electric is around £45pp, WiFi is around £11pp and council tax would be on top of that if you are not a student.

Both of us are recent grads working full time, age 23. We are friendly and sociable, and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in the flat.
