I am looking for a calm, responsible person to rent a double room in my house in central Glastonbury, just a short walk from High Street. The room is on the first floor in a 3‑bedroom house.

The room has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and a proper desk/working space – ideal for someone who works from home or needs a quiet place to study. You will share the bathroom, lounge and kitchen with me and my husband; we are both quiet, spend a lot of time on our computers and value a peaceful home.

The house is clean, quiet and respectful. I am looking for someone who is tidy, considerate and able to pay rent on time. No smoking inside, no drugs, [pets considered].

Rent: £600 per month (all bills included: council tax, gas, electricity, water, Wi‑Fi)

Deposit: £600

Minimum term: 3–6 months (longer stay welcome)
