Hi, I'm Jo

I'm 37, single, and currently work locally / hybrid (max 3 days at home). Am up and out early at the gym most mornings, to free up evenings for social time.

I'm currently living here by myself so am looking for the right person to move in, rather than just getting the room rented out quickly. Just putting this ad up for the moment to see what kind of interest there is. I'd rather someone who was single and sociable, to have a chance for someone to go out for drinks etc with of an evening occasionally.

It's a small terraced house in St Pauls with a spare double room that I'm looking to rent out for a maximum of 3 months mon - fri initially, but if it works out and we get on then I'm open to extending it on a monthly notice basis.

Downstairs the house has a living room, dining room with desk space under the stairs (available for use on Mondays and Thursdays), a galley kitchen and bathroom with shower.

Upstairs is just the two double rooms. The room available is furnished with a very comfy double bed, with a chest of drawers, bed side table. There's lots of built-in storage - a large double wardrobe, and cupboard next to the chest of drawers.
Outside, there's a small patio and a shed, but the shed is full of my upcycling / wood work stuff. (I upcycle and sell electric cable reels as a hobby).

3-5 mins from The Brewery Complex and Lidl.
Bills are all included in the rent, including parking permit for zone 11 right outside the house (onstreet parking). Vodafone broadband, Netflix and disney+ are included.

The room is available from 2nd May, would rather keep it to weekdays, but may consider full time once we've chatted.
