Large Double to rent in the gorgeous village of Clearwell.

Looking for someone to rent a double bedroom in our 4 bed home. We have a good-sized garden with beautiful views over conservation land and plenty of space.

The house is a tardis and there is more than enough space in the house to not step on each other's toes.

We would need someone comfortable around children and animals. We are a married couple (30 and 34) with a daughter (3 about to turn 4). Both of us work and our child is at childcare all day. We also tend to be out and about most weekends.

There is a shared kitchen however the person will have plenty of their own cupboards for storing items.

The person will be able to keep to themselves as much as they like. We just want them to feel able to enjoy the space as much as we do!

We can offer a large double with king size bed, built-in wardrobes and en-suite for £650 PCM.

There is garage space and layby parking on the road outside the house. We do have a driveway for one car which can be used if we are not around. We are perfectly located for Coleford, Monmouth, Lydney and commutes to Bristol or Cardiff.

Bills included. Bedding and towels can also be provided.

Both short and long term lets considered.

Single person preferred but couples considered for short-term rent (additional cost would be discussed to cover bills).

Bedroom and ensuite are being freshly painted.

Pets are considered if they get on with our menagerie!
