A lovely double bedroom with plenty of storage, in a quiet three bedroom house just a 5 minute walk from Bath Road, the local high street. The high street has a local Sainsburys, Co-op, Cafes, Restaurants and is served by several local buses (10, 66 gold, 166, F, L). Cheltenham Spa Station is a 6 minute drive away or a 30 min walk.

This 1st-floor room comes with a massive in-built wardrobe and additional storage under the bed.

There is a fully equipped shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge downstairs and a large garden. There is also a small garden patio for coffee in the morning. All bills (Water, electric, gas, council tax and broadband) are included. The shared kitchen has a wash-dryer washing machine, hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dish-washer and microwave.

You would be sharing with just one housemate (myself, F24). I am clean, tidy and enjoy cooking/baking.
