Double bedroom with a private bathroom available in Huntsgrove, Quedgeley. The house is shared with me and my pets, two rescue dogs and two cats, so being an animal lover is a must.

I’m easygoing, friendly, and like a calm, relaxed home environment. Vaping is fine in the house (no cigarette smoking indoors). It’s a space where you can properly switch off, feel comfortable, and just enjoy being at home.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and mindful of shared spaces, and happy to help keep things tidy. Ideally suited to a professional or shift worker who values a peaceful home, good vibes, and a comfortable, drama-free environment.

Occasional overnight guests are absolutely fine, but I’d like to keep it as a single-occupancy home rather than having partners staying regularly. Looking for someone who values a calm, respectful home and isn’t into a party or frequent guest lifestyle.

All bills are included. There is easy access to the M5, and regular bus routes into Gloucester city centre every 10–15 minutes. Shops are just a 5 minute drive away.

The room comes furnished with a double bed frame, wardrobe, computer desk, and TV stand. The room will be cleared and ready to move into from 1st April. On-street parking is available in a quiet cul-de-sac, with lots of green space and nature nearby 🌳
