I work in London most of the week and usually spend two or three nights at the flat I'm advertising (I'm a 38 years old professional working in the building industry). When I'm around - I'm hardly ever in the flat. This is in fact a two bed flat, but I'm looking to keep one of the bedrooms for me to use. With that in mind, you are welcome to use the rest of the flat the way you wish. You are welcome to pick the bedroom of your choice - only one is currently in the pictures, but both can be viewed. You can furnish and decorate the flat to your liking. I'm happy to rent it out furnished / partly furnished or unfurnished. I'm keen to make it work so it's all up for a discussion / negotiation!
This could be a good deal, at a reasonable price, for a couple who can tolerate me occasionally, but other than that will have the place to themselves most of the time.
This is a cosy, conveniently located flat, in a quiet neighbourhood. It is a 10 min walk to the train station and a 15 min walk to GCHQ and 20 mins away from the centre of Cheltenham. Plenty of free off-street parking is available.
I will consider both longer and shorter stays. The rent does not include bills (these will be shared). I'm more than happy to answer any questions.
