It is ideally suited for Renishaw and very popular with placement students and apprentices (either short or long term). Also very suitable for person with home elsewhere who wants to reduce their commute to work.
It is within easy walking distance to Charfield, New Mills and Wotton sites of Renishaw. I do already have one other person staying who works at Renishaw and have had several in the past. Likewise it would suit a professional person too. BAE, Rolls Royce, Oldbury Power Station, Airbus all within easy commute of approx 20 mins.
It includes a double bed, wardrobes, desk, bedside table and large TV.
There is a large kitchen/diner and you will also have almost sole use of bathroom which is situated next to bedroom.
Bedding and towels can also be provided if required.
The room has lovely views over large south facing rear garden and open countryside.
I am friendly, easy going and very flexible with a similarly friendly cat.
My home is kept clean and tidy. All bills are included with unlimited fast wifi/broadband available at no extra charge.
It is situated in a lovely village in Wotton-under-Edge and all amenities including dentist, doctors, chemist, supermarkets, pubs, swimming pool, leisure centre/gym, restaurants, churches etc are all less than 20 mins walk away.
Bristol is approximately 15 minutes drive and Gloucester about 25 minutes drive.
Parking can be arranged if required but on road parking always available.
I am ideally looking for someone on a part week, Monday to Friday basis but I am flexible and desired nights/extra nights can be negotiated in advance if required. Also doesn’t need to stay 5 nights as will consider just a couple of nights a week if desired .
