I’m looking to share with someone kind, considerate, trustworthy and honest.
Would ideally like to share with someone on a weekday/Monday to Friday basis for £450
per month, and with someone who has an ongoing permanent residence elsewhere.
However, I would consider a full week lodger for £625 per month.
All bills will be included except for TV licence if you want a TV in your own room (TV is available in the lounge already), and except for insurance for your own belongings. You’ll also have the use of a parking space.
