A bright and comfortable double room is available to rent in Brockworth, just a 5-minute walk from Gloucester Business Park, Tesco and David Lloyd Gym. The room comes furnished with a double bed (with handy storage underneath), a bedside table and a chest of drawers.
You’ll be sharing a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, downstairs loo and a cosy living/dining area. There’s also a large driveway with parking for one car each.
The house is shared with me, my partner and our lovely housemate, who’s been with us for over two years. We do have two children who stay with us every other weekend, Friday to Sunday and some of the school holidays.
We all work in hospitality, so we’re often busy and out of the house, especially at weekends. On our days off we’re usually out and about, so the house tends to stay fairly quiet.
We’re looking for a friendly, tidy professional who doesn’t work from home, and who will get along with us. We’re sociable and enjoy a chat, but also like a relaxed home environment.
It’s a great location for commuters — Gloucester train station is 4.6 miles away, the nearest bus stop is a 10-minute walk, and it’s close to both Gloucester and Cheltenham with easy access to the M5.
