Hey everyone, I am leaving for my Masters, and my current flatmate wants to extend the lease so looking for someone for a 1-year lease (with 6-month break contract) starting starting 25 July 🙌

Its an ensuite master bedroom in a 3-bed flat. Its a huge room with amazing windows (and faces a quiet street so rarely any noise). The house was refurbished just last November so its very new and clean.

Location: 12 mins walk to Golders Green and 6 mins walk to Brent Cross Station (both on Northern Line) - super convenient and honestly the safest neighbourhood Ive lived in London!

Theres loads of shops, eateries, tesco and sainsbury otw to Golders Green station 😌 Its also only a 10 mins bus ride to the brent cross shopping mall.

Price: Rent is 1025 per month, Utilities kind of change based on use but come to around 60-80 per person. Council tax is 48

Others:
1. The company that rents the apartment is super responsive and happy to fix any issues or help out if ever needed
2. ⁠The room comes with a bed and wardrobe, but Ill probably be selling off some of my basic stuff for super cheap if you want/need 🙂
3. There is also the smaller room available for 875£ if you are interested!
4. ⁠Other two girls are both working professionals in their early to mid 20s
5. One of the girls does smoke, but not inside the house so it shouldnt be an issue for non-smokers (like myself)
