Hello!
My name is Alexandria/Alex (she/they) and I am looking for a new flatmate for this lovely lil flat I call home! My current flatmate is moving in with her bestie this summer (very sad to see her go but also happy for her!) and I will be looking for someone to fill her place and sign the new tenancy this summer. The rent is 960 a month. Bills are not included in the rent and all together usually come to around 130-160 a month each.

A bit about the area: 🌳
The flat is located in Temple Fortune/Golders Green. It is such a lovely area with local bakeries, a Waitrose, M&S, Boots, and Holland and Barrets right below the flat! It’s very safe and a 10 minute walk from the Golders Green Tube station/Bus station (Northern Line).

About Me! 🥳
I am 23 years old and a professional actress! I am tidy and friendly and love to cook! I do have a tendency to keep to myself at nighttime and don’t tend to have a lot of people over unless it’s a friend/family sleeping over in which they mostly stay in my room! I really would like someone who is not just becoming a good roommate but a potential friend! Someone to chat to, have movie nights, cook and bake with and potentially go on adventures with! My hobbies include movies, cooking, Pilates, yoga, tarot, dungeons and dragons, dancing, reading, writing and travelling! If you have any more questions about me feel free to ask away!
