You will be taking over my part of the tenancy agreement, I will be moving somewhere closer to family so that is why I am moving out. The apartment is very spacious and so is the double bedroom. It comes with a roomy built in wardrobe, bedside table.

You will be living with one other person, she is a BA student who has class most of the week and is very clean so she hopes you will be too. She would prefer a quiet house mate as well. Her room is the ensuite so you will have the main bathroom pretty much all to yourself.

Located near Deptford Bridge station but is in a residential area, so the immediate area is quite quiet and peaceful, with a Tesco Express and Co-op a 5 minute walk away.
