The bedroom overlooks the garden and the house is on a quiet residential street. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen, living room with TV, utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, shared bathroom (separate bath and shower) and a downstairs WC. The bureau in the room is a desk so can be used for WFH if required. I have a cleaner who comes every other week. You would be sharing the house with just me (I use the third bedroom as my home office) so you’ll have lots of space!

The room would be ideal for a friendly and tidy person looking for a chilled and peaceful home. I love living in Nunhead and can give lots of recommendations if you’re new to the area!

I’m a professional in my early 30s and I’d love to find someone of a similar age who is independent and busy with their own life, but also up for the occasional dinner/ chat at home.
