We have a nice peaceful double room in a quiet area of Crofton Park and Brockley (zone 2) and Honour Oak station. We have good bus services to the centre of London and several supermarkets and local shops, several wine bars and pubs nearby. We are a friendly couple and would like to share our home as we have 1 more spare room, the house is of a good size and we have a small garden which is not overlooked and nice to sit in during the summer months. We had several long term people staying with us over the last 4 years but 1 of our recent lodgers of over 3 years has moved on and we are now looking to fill the room again.
