I’m looking for a friendly and nice housemate to share a maisonette with a garden, and a big living room and medium-sized kitchen. The let will be for 3/4months from November until March.
ROOM:
Your room is a nice big double room (approx. 12 by 8.5 ft)with a nice big window, a double bed and a walk in wardrobe straight to Narnia.
AREA:
Nunhead is a cute part of town, with some great pubs including Skehans, a popular Irish pub that’s heaving on the weekend. Peckham Rye is within a 20 minute walk or a bus away. Queens Road Peckham is about 15 mins walk. Nunhead station is about 8mins leisurely walk from the house, and there are trains from there to Victoria and King’s Cross, Blackfriars, central. It's becoming well hipstery but has local charm too.
HOUSEMATE:
My name’s Barry, I’m 44, an English language teacher. I like reading, and draw comics/ make scifi films when I have time.
I’m neat and tidy and looking for someone nice and considerate to share with. As it will be Christmas too, it would be great to share the house with a kind and friendly person.
BILLS:
Bills ( gas, elec and council tax B) will be split equally each month. Broadband and water are included. Roughly 100£ bills.
So write me asap and we can arrange a viewing.
Best of luck with your searches,
Barry
