About me: I’m Greig, 33, originally from Scotland. I’m relaxed, easing going, mostly out during the day and spend the evenings watching tv and at the weekends out with friends.
I’m looking to rent out my spare room for around 3 months, although I’m open to shorter stays. The flat is located in Telegraph Hill (SE14), just an 8-minute walk to Nunhead and a little over 10 minutes to both Queens Road Peckham and New Cross Gate stations - you can be anywhere in London in 20 minutes. It’s also only a 2-minute walk to both Upper and Lower Telegraph Hill parks.
The flat is fully furnished, so you won’t need to bring anything apart from your personal belongings. The available room is a small double and includes a bedside table, a set of drawers, and a clothes rack. The bed is an ottoman, providing useful storage space underneath.
The property also features an open-plan kitchen and living area, along with a modern shower room.
