Hello there! I’m looking for someone to join me for part of the week in a lovely flat in New Cross.

The room is available on weekdays only, so this is only suitable for those looking for a place to stay Mon-Fri. Having said that, I hope who ever takes the room feels at home when they are here. **Note** I have a very sweet house cat called Lenny, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a pet.

About me: I’m a clean and tidy person and looking for someone who is the same. I work mostly from home with one day a week at the office. I enjoy running, Pilates, seeing friends, drinking wine and I’m a big history nerd.

About the flat: The bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The flat is split over two levels so feels nice and spacious and there’s a south facing balcony which gets lots of sun!

It’s in a block of flats which has a nice communal vibe. I’m part of a residents group who are currently working together on a community garden. We also have keys to a secure bike shed if needed.

The place is 5mins from New Cross Gate Station, Brockley and Nunhead are both just over 15mins walk. Telegraph Hill park is just round the corner and there are lots of great pubs, restaurants and shops (inc. a massive Sainsbury’s) in the area.

It’s a lovely, calm flat and the room has an amazing view of London. If this sounds good to you please do get in touch!
