My flatmate and I are looking for a friendly young professional to join us any time from mid-November.

The flat is a new build, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a large balcony, communal courtyard and an additional terrace, with access to a lounge and free co-working space. There’s also a part-time concierge, bicycle storage, and plenty of storage in the room and throughout the flat 🙌🏼 The sunny double bedroom comes furnished and has direct access to the balcony.

I am a 27 yo live-in ‘landlady’ and hoping to find someone who wants to live in a home and not just a ‘rental’ - we treat the place as our home and would love to find someone who also appreciates a home that’s well taken care of. My flatmate works in tech and I work in trade negotiations for the civil service.

📍 Location & Transport:
• 15 mins to London Bridge or Bermondsey tube stations
• 20 mins to Elephant & Castle
• 30 mins to Canary Wharf or Waterloo

There are also lots of bus routes on Old Kent Road, a train station and an Overground within a 15-minute walk.

🛒 Shops & Amenities:
Three big supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl and Iceland) are within a 10–12 min walk. There’s also a small convenience area by the concierge for any last-minute essentials, and a sauna & padel facilities 1 min away.
