Very large room available in a house in Goodwick, Pembrokeshire.

A few minutes walk away from the harbour and train station, which goes to Carmarthen, Swansea, Cardiff, etc, also on the bus route up to Fishguard, Haverfordwest, St David's, Cardigan and connects to Aberystwyth.

I'm Hannah and I live here with Mao, my ginger tom cat. I work in the heritage sector, I'm also a writer and interested in literature, politics, the outdoors, religion, etc.

The house is over four floors, there's a bathroom, a large kitchen/dining room/living area, a small garden (I'm not very green fingered haha), a shower room, I have my bedroom and office on one floor, and there is a loft room without a door that I currently use as storage space.

The ground floor has a large living room which will be repurposed into a bedroom for the new housemate, if you need a furnished room I can provide a single bed, a table, shelf and some other items of furniture, but would be preferred if you arrange for any storage (e. g. wardrobes, etc), to furnish the room as you wish. There is a fireplace but it's only decorative right now, there are also double doors that open out which let's a lot of light in but it's out onto a roof so not a functioning balcony yet haha.

There is usually parking outside, and lots of parking locally, house has wifi with good signal.

Rent for new tenant would be £350 per month + bills (approx £175-£200 depending on time of year) (Council Tax Band D)

I work full time and am quite quiet, reading, writing and relaxing when I'm at home. Party days are well and truly behind me, so looking for someone who is of a similar nature.

Photos show current living room which will be bedroom (with black fireplace, twice as large as shown, hard to get a photo of all of it, open back doors onto greenery are in this room) and downstairs area (white fireplace)

(Photos show the lounge as it currently is, but if I find the right housemate i can bring the single bed down from the loft and remove any furniture that isnt wanted in there to the downstairs living space/the loft/etc)

Open to pets, mao might like some feline company, but no dogs thanks!
