Full description
A furnished double room is available in a clean and quiet 2-bedroom flat in Grays, RM17, about 5 minutes’ walk from Grays station.
The flat is close to Grays town centre, the river, shops and everyday amenities, with convenient c2c links into London.
This is a live-in landlord arrangement. You would be sharing the flat with me only, because I live in the other room. The setup is therefore quieter and lower-density than a larger multi-person house share.
Shared areas include the kitchen, bathroom, WC and corridor. The kitchen is well equipped, with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso Classic and Vertuo coffee machines, milk frother, blender, steam cooker, Chemex coffee set and a good range of utensils.
The living room is mainly my own day-to-day space, so it is not included as a formal shared area.
The room is offered on a one-month rolling lodger agreement. This may suit someone who wants a stable place to live but also values some flexibility.
The rent is £750 per calendar month including bills, council tax, water, electricity and Hyperoptic 1Gb broadband. The deposit is £750.
