About our room:
This cozy and quiet double room only a few walking minutes away from Braydon Water nature reserve and ca 15 mins from the sea front.
The room is on the first floor and is fully furnished.
Main bathroom is off the Master (our bedroom) and has underfloor heating shower over jacuzzi bath.
Downstairs WC with hand wash basin.
Access to main bathroom is through the master bedroom 07.00 - 19.30 weekdays and weekends 9.00 - 20.00 (exception's possible)
Our kitchen fitted with a gas stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave, offers all the essentials despite its compact size and would be good for cooking small things only and heating up food. Due to the layout we would kindly ask to not fry spicy strong smelling foods.
For your laundry needs we offer a washing machine and a tumble dryer located in our outdoor utility shed plus a washing lines in the garden for those breezy summer days.
Garden and patio are available for you to enjoy.
Wifi (300MB) and all bills are all included along with essentials (e. g. toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen towels).
For any travelling or shopping needs, the train station, town centre, town hall, Aldi and ASDA are only a short walk away.
We are close to bus routes and the station.
We live with our wonderful two large size dogs together in this household. One of them you may spot on the pictures.
