We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our lovely 3-bed, 2-bath house in Battersea, as our current housemate is moving out of London.

The available room is a double with access to a shared bathroom, plus a generous living area and a well-equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, washing machine and drier. Additionally, there is a large garden. The house is just a 2-minute walk from the Royal College of Art (Battersea) and a short stroll to Battersea Park.

You’ll be living with two friendly RCA alumni in our 20s. We’re both contemporary artists and tend to spend time in our studios, so the house is generally calm and relaxed. We’re looking for someone who is sociable, respectful, and clean to share the space with us.
