We’ve just purchased our first property at the end of September and are looking for friendly, respectful individuals to move in and help make this house a home.

The property is in a great location, about a 12 minute walk to Thorten Heath Station and only 10 minutes from a large Tesco, with plenty of local shops and amenities nearby. The house is surrounded by lovely greenery, has a garden, and welcoming neighbours, making it a peaceful and pleasant place to live.

The house is fully furnished and finished to a high standard, and will be in excellent condition for new housemates. There’s access to a fully equipped kitchen and the garden, perfect for relaxing or socialising.

Rent includes council tax, all bills, and broadband, so there are no hidden costs. We’re also flexible and open to discussing rent to suit the right person.
