The flat has a very nice communal area and balcony with lots of light.

Closest shops at the retail park which is a very short walk. 15 minute walk to Kew Gardens station and 5 minutes from the riverside path so there is lots of nice green space around. The national archives and Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew are very close too.

Flatmates are friendly and clean, we often have a flat dinner together in the week and do walks together :)

Looking for a tenant would would be happy moving out late September.
