The room is £910 pcm; council tax band C (about £50 pp pcm 2025/2026), smart metered electricity and gas (direct debit is £66.40 pcm), water is £50 pp pcm (in the process of getting a water meter installed, as this is quite high).

Current flatmates are two graduated friends from uni looking for a professional flatmate. Jonny is chatty and I (Emily) spend a lot of the time in the living room but also like my own space. We have our friends round about once a week but on weekday evenings, we like to have quiet by 11/12. We ideally want someone who is pretty clean and friendly but mainly someone who is nice and pays rent!
