We are a fun, kind and considerate family in Greenford, west London,(zone 4, with great connections to central London and surrounding areas), looking for a respectful FEMALE professional or student to rent a quiet single room in our home. Its is ideally suited to someone who doesn’t work from home.

This is a newly decorated room with brand new furniture throughout including an orthopaedic mattress. (Shelving unit and window blinds to be added)
The rent is £800 pcm inc bills and wifi.

We are respectful of your privacy but you are very welcome to use kitchen amenities and of course our lovely sunny garden.

Myself, my daughter (28 yrs) and my grandson (9 years) live here.

We are 4 mins walk to E7, E9, E6, 105, 282, 95, N7 and about 8 min walk to E1, E2, E3, E5, E10, E11 & 92. Seven of these buses run regularly to Ealing Broadway which is about a 25 minute journey with large shopping centre and many bars and restaurants. We also have great connections to Westfields in Shepherds Bush, Wembley and Heathrow!

Greenford underground station is approximately a 15 minute bus journey.

It is a safe, quiet residential area and for commuters there is unrestricted parking and very easy access to the A40, M40, M25, M4 and North Circular.
