Looking for someone to take over my room in Maida Vale (W9) from the 26th May when I move out.

Rent is £882 per month (including council tax) and bills are usually around £40 for the rest (might be a little more in winter.) Large, bright, private double room, fully furnished in a 4 bedroom top floor flat in a lovely mansion block. Only 2 minutes from Maida Vale station (Bakerloo line) with lots of bus options nearby. Paddington Rec is directly across the road and it's only a 10 minute walk to Little Venice.

Living with 3 other girls, all mid 20s working. They often work from home so there's usually someone around! It's a quiet flat as there's no living room but we all enjoy a chat and catch up in the kitchen when we're around.

Very sad to be leaving the flat as I've really enjoyed my time here but Australia beckons!
