The house is a newly refurbished house. It has 5 bedrooms 1 ensuite, 2 kingsize rooms, 1 double and 1 single, It also has 1 office/box room, extra large/dining space, kitchen and garden. The house is home to a young couple aged 25-30 who are both working and occupy 1/5 of the bedrooms and office male partner works away 5-6 days per work so mainly female will be around. 1 of the double bedrooms is occupied by a female working tenant. We are only looking for 2 more female tenants to occupy.
Room rental only – tenants may access & use kitchen & garden 24/7 but must agree reasonable times for use of living room & dining room.
No pork – Household is owned by British Muslims although modern and reasonable they have a strict no pork to be brought in the house, cooked or prepared in the home
No Guests (unless notified & agreed with landlord) – Due to it being a shared home we would prefer if strangers aren’t in our home for the safety of ourselves and other tenants if you would like to have guests over we ask that you kindly notify & seek permission from landlord.
Access in & out is 24/7 you will be given your own set of keys.
Transport: There are 2 stations within a 3-5 minute short walk
