Hello! We’re a friendly, sociable flat looking for one housemate to join us in our 3-bedroom flat in the heart of De Beauvoir, just off Kingsland Road.

The room is a spacious double and comes part furnished with a large double wardrobe, and ready for you to make your own.

Current flatmates are two boys aged 26 and 29 who are both working professionals. We’re both outgoing and social and respectful of each others personal space 😊. Ideally looking for someone who is up for being friends with the current flatmates but if you’d rather do your own thing then that’s fine too!

The flat is well equipped with a large living room with, a TV and good sized kitchen with dining table and a large cooker, as well as a downstairs toilet.

We also have a nice outdoor garden space which is perfect for the summer.

The flat is also in a great location and so close to many pubs (literally on the doorstep), bars, cafes, restaurants, and more!

We’re only a short walk away from London Fields, about a 15 - 20 minute walk to Shoreditch and 25 minutes from Angel / Upper Street (good bus routes too)
