My Mother would like someone to rent a spare room in her gorgeous house in Radlett located just a 2-minute walk from the train station and the high street.

The room is a good size and has a double bed, wardrobe, and dressing table included.
All bills are included in the rent (based on someone being out of the house at work, however, if working from home this can be discussed as it may affect bills, etc). Also included for the tenant is the use of one of the living rooms. and their own fridge in the kitchen

There is a bathroom upstairs with a bath/toilet and a wet room downstairs with a shower/toilet. Both of these rooms are to be shared.

Also, new fiber optic internet has just been installed, and it's incredibly fast.

My Mum has two dogs named Malakai & Luna who are absolute teddy bears and love everyone. Before applying please make sure you are comfortable living in a house with two dogs as they are family!
