Moving out of London, so I'm looking for someone to take over my spot in a great 4-bed, 3-story house in Bow.
The Room: Large, bright double. Fully furnished. I’m also selling my IKEA desk, LG monitor, and drawers—happy to do a "moving away" bundle deal if you want a turnkey home-office setup!
The House: 2.5 bathrooms (no morning queues), large modern kitchen, private garden, and a garage for extra storage (bikes/suitcases).

Commute: 15-min walk to Mile End (Central/District), Bow Road, and Hackney Wick (Overground).
Lifestyle: 2 minutes from Victoria Park. If you like morning runs or Sunday roasts at the pub, this is the spot. Large Tesco and great coffee shops (Loaf, Pavillion) nearby.
The Housemates
You’ll be sharing with three friendly professionals (mid-late 20s). It’s a clean, chill, and respectful home. We’re social but appreciate our own space. LGBTQ+ friendly.
