NEED CONFIRMATION BY MAY 9TH: Looking for 2 new flatmates for this bright, recently renovated flat with good rent :) 2 minutes walk from All Saints DLR station and a 10 minute walk from Elizabeth Line (Canary Wharf station).

This is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Poplar. Two girls in their early 20s will be living here (one working in the City and one completing her master's who has been here for a year already), and would like to stay for the next tenancy cycle after a year. We have two double bedrooms available - one for £630 per month and a larger one for £800 (see pictures). Bills and broadband are not included, but will be around £50-60 per person per month total.

Move-in date would be July 10th. We would like a response to get back to the agent by May 9th latest, but ideally ASAP would be great.
