The flat is located in Sudbury Town, just a 6-minute walk from the Piccadilly Line, providing direct access to Central London and Heathrow. Wembley Central and Wembley Stadium are also very close (around 20 minutes walking or a short bus/car ride).

You’ll be sharing the flat with us — a friendly and respectful gay couple in our early 30s.
One of us works as an Audit Manager
The other is currently doing a PhD
We’re generally quite relaxed, enjoy spending time at home, and keep the place clean and peaceful. This would suit someone with a similar lifestyle.
🐹 A Small Note
We also have two guinea pigs who live in their cages — they’re quiet and well-contained, but worth mentioning in case of allergies.
