It’s 10 min walk to Perivale Underground Station and has great nearby public transport options to go to Ealing Broadway/Southall/Shepherds Bush or Alperton/Wembley. Also it’s near to A40 so it’s easier to reach certain areas within short time. Heathrow Airport is 40 mins by Drive from the place. Also has stores like Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Lidl nearby. The place has shared bathroom, kitchen and living area with Garden at back and Driveway to park.

The rent will be £700 for an individual person and £1100 for a couple or 2 individuals willing to share the room. The rent includes all bills. Have a full fibre WiFi connection and each room has their own lock. Bed and wardrobe will be provided by us. We will conduct checks and take deposit and require to pay rent just before moving in.
