I have a room for rent, likely free from 7 April but might be a bit later. Someone cheerful and friendly with good manners and clean habits. Quiet and respectful. I would prefer someone in work or studying. The bedroom shown in the photos is available but there will soon be another annexe room to choose from. There are 2 bathrooms in the house so the tenant could use a separate bathroom from the landlord, sharing with one other tenant.
Beautiful detached house, with large kitchen, living room area and garden, backing on to Ravenor Park. House shared with with one female lodger and owner. Spanish speaker would be welcome.
Suit quiet professional/student male or female.
Pets: possible depending.

Greenford (central line) is the nearest tube it takes me 17 mins to walk there. There is a good network of buses - especially to Ealing/Heathrow.

Rent is £600 per month
2 weeks deposit, 2 weeks advance rent.
