I'm looking for a flatmate to share my bright two bed apartment in Kidbrooke Village. I have a spacious double bedroom available and am looking for someone who is easygoing and tidy.

The flat includes access to a private residents only gym. There is a 24 hour concierge which is very handy!

The flat is furnished and the bedroom has a double bed with a double fitted wardrobe. You would have your own bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is a shared living room and kitchen area with a sofa
and TV.

Short walk to Kidbrooke station with direct trains to London Bridge (18mins), Charing cross (26mins) and Victoria (30mins)

Located very close to Blackheath and Greenwich, both of which have many cafes, restaurants and bars.

Ideal location for anyone working at Queen Elizabeth hospital (bus stop located 4mins from the flat)

Bills are not included (council tax, fibreoptic broadband, water, heating and electricity) so these would be split equally. Currently they are roughly £170 per month per person.
