Renting out my lovely and bright lil flat :) It's perfect for one or two people. Looots of windows and natural light. One mins walk to Blackheath Common and a few mins walk to Greenwich park. Well connected too. 10 mins walk to Greenwich stations, Deptford DLR, and Lewisham stations. Triple glazed windows - so v little noise pollution. Bills are not included, but are average in terms of price (it's an all electric house) - though there is a £100pcm service change for building maintenance (not £80 as I wrote before) which covers external window cleaning and patio maintenance.
