Hi there, sadly I'm moving out and with my current tenant Ben, I'm looking for my replacement. The house is bright and spacious, with a large living room 1 minute away from the Maze Hill train station in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Couple minutes away from the main street with shops such as Teaco, Sainsburry, Boots, Co-Op and many coffee shops and local Better gym. The current flatmate, Ben is a 27-year-old Trinity Laban alumnus, a freelance musician, pretty easygoing, and respectful with a love for cooking and art.

15 minutes away from London Bridge
15 minutes away from North Greenwich tube station
10 minutes away from the Cutty Sark DLR station
10 minutes walk to the Greenwich Market and Cutty Sark, Greenwich University or TL, 3 minutes away from the Greenwich Park
Fees:
Rent: The rent for the whole flat is £1,650 split in two. The price for the room can be negotiated.
