My current flatmate is moving out in March, so there's a free bedroom with an en-suite bathroom in this amazing, modern house I've been in for half a year!
The house: 3 BR 3 bath modern 3 floors house with a big common area and spacious open kitchen with park view, modern bathrooms and private patio with a shared garden. The house is in great condition, very warm, with hardwood floors, a large fridge, fast internet and high grade materials used throughout.
The Room: Bedroom with its own bathroom next door, fully furnished. Ground-floor with a big window and park view (not too busy).
The area: the house is a 10 minute walk to North Greenwich Station, 7 minutes to Stratford Station, 2 minutes to Canary Wharf and 17 minutes to Bond Street with Jubilee Line. Incredibly convenient location wise. Easy connections to all of London and night tube. 2 min walk to Millennium Village/Oval Square bus station. 2 min to co-op; and several supermarkets, Ikea, B&Q and the O2 arena all within a 10 minute walking radius.
Flatmates: I'm Larissa, 25, and moved to London from Germany 6 months ago to pursue a Master's degree at UAL. I'm easygoing, tidy, love cooking and living in this house. Ideally, I'm looking for someone friendly that will also love and take care of the house!
Council Tax: I'm preferably looking for other students, because Council Tax is quite high at £250 in North Greenwich and could be avoided that way. If you aren't a student and interested in one of the rooms, we could further discuss how to best handle or divide the council tax.
Extra charges: Utilities are between £100-£130 per person per month, including fast internet.
Rent has to be paid for 6 months in advance.
Earliest move-in date March 8, but semi-flexible. Between March 8 and March 16 would be great.
