I am looking for a new tenant to take my bright and spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom & walk in wardrobe in September.

You will be living in a queer-friendly household with 2 wonderful professionals. The house is peaceful, clean, and conveniently located close to Central London and Greenwich.

The bedroom comes with a bed, 1x wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe (2nd wardrobe, brand new, is available for sale). It is on the 2nd floor and overlooks the back garden and private mews, which is green, gated, quiet and family-friendly. You can watch the sunsets in the evening or enjoy a picnic in Deptford park.

The house is well equipped with a living room, separate kitchen, a garden and conservatory - particularly beautiful in the spring and summer. There is a new fridge and washing machine, ample storage space, microwave and toaster.

YOUR HOME & FLATMATES

You will be sharing the house Heidi (31), a PhD student in Memory Studies & Bayryam (29) working in culture. While Heidi will be mainly working form home, Bayryam is working 2 days from the office. We are looking for somebody who is aligned with us politically (left-wing, pro-Palestine) and preferably a person of colour and/or queer. We smoke in the back garden. We are looking for somebody who will be respectable, kind and tidy. This is not a party house and we want to keep a friendy and amicable atmosphere, while respecting boundaries when living together.

LOCATION

The area feels calm but not remote, and easy to find for deliveries. The high street has a range of lovely cafes, wine bars, restaurants, dry cleaners, post office. You can enjoy a walk by the pond next to Canada Water - a home to ducks and swans. You can head to the library next to the station or enjoy a free pass to Goldsmiths Library if you feel like working from there.

The closest station is Surrey Quays (Windrush Overground) under 10 mins away.
Canada Water (Jubilee) is a 20 minute walk / 10 minute bus.
Greenwich is a 20 minute bus.
