Looking for a new housemate and hopefully friend to share my 2 bedroom home!

Your bedroom:
furnished with a king size bed and mattress, a double mirrored sliding wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, a small bedside table and blackout blinds. The cost of £950 per month includes gas, electric, water, council tax and WiFi.

The rest of the home:
bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms and shared with me, you'll have access to a well equipped kitchen, a shared cosy living/dining room and a very well loved garden.

Location/commutes:
The home covers the ground and first floor of a block in a quiet residential street in the Shooters Hill end of Kidbrooke. It has plenty of free street parking. Kidbrooke is the nearest train station which takes 25 minutes to walk to. Blackheath train station is 10 minutes away by bus. The Elizabeth line station in Woolwich and North Greenwich tube station are around 15 minutes away by bus. It is also a very quick journey to Greenwich village by bus.
Queen Elizabeth hospital is just a 15 minute walk away and the room has been popular with people working there.
There is a co-op just a couple of minutes walk away.

About me:
I'm a 31 year old female working shifts as a paramedic so I am often out of the house for long hours. I absolutely love to travel and have just moved back to the country this summer after a long time away. I speak English and Spanish.
I love to swim, go to the gym, cook and generally just get outside for some fresh air.

About you:
My ideal housemate is another woman of a similar age but I'm open to any age or gender as long as we get on well. More than happy to meet for a cuppa to check we get on well. I'd also much rather live with a non-smoker.
Well behaved pets are welcome, we would need to discuss this before.
I'm looking for someone who is friendly and fun who I can eventually build a friendship with rather than just existing in the house together. It is also important to me that you are clean and tidy! After spending 12 hours a day in other people's homes, I want to return to my own clean home. If you're vegan or veggie that would be ideal for cooking together but definitely not a requirement. If you love gardening you're more than welcome to chip in but not expected to.
