Quiet top-floor double bedroom with view. 'Almost' on the heath and close to Greenwich Park. All amenities 5m away at the Royal Standard. The flat includes a large furnished living room, bathroom (bath, shower), kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and gas stove), parking and garden to the rear. Good transport (near to Blackheath, Westcombe Park and Lewisham stations, bus routes into central London near to the A102 which has access to the M11, M1, M25 and channel ports). Apart from shelves, a double bed/mattress and a venetian blind the room is unfurnished. At the moment I don't have TV or broadband but that can be easily arranged. I'm pretty easy going, a creative type you may say and am looking for someone who is as well. I enjoy getting out in the open and using much of the green space in the area. Enjoy cooking, music. Be warned, I work as a chef while operating a small local business and so will be doing alot of cooking but no need to worry, I charge a basic rate for gas and water and anything over I will cover. Another thing, I am having my sash windows redraughted sometime in September so workmen will be in the flat for no more than a week. Another thing, the bath is leaking slightly but I am trying to fix this at the moment.
