Large room available in beautiful flat in Brockley, 10 minutes walk from the Overground and 8 minutes from St Johns station (8 mins into London Bridge).

The room is available on a short-term basis, for 1-3 months. It would suit someone who is house hunting or waiting for a house purchase to go through. Also open to people staying in London on a short-term basis for work or study! It is furnished with a double bed and large wardrobe (these aren’t shown in the pictures, yet I’m just moving them in).

You’d be living with me, I own the flat after I bought it off my landlord having been renting here for years. I’m friendly, respectful and calm, and love sharing the home. I work as a Civil Servant, with a mixture of home and office working.

The flat has one shared bathroom, living room and kitchen with all amenities. There is secure storage for bikes and free parking on the street outside. Large shared garden out back which is lovely as we get into Spring and Summer. The flat is in a large Victorian building, one of 8 flats. It’s quiet and residential.

I’m in love with the area of Brockley and therefore think everyone else should be! It’s so green and leafy and friendly, Hilly Fields park with great views is a 5min walk. Brockley has gorgeous cafes and restaurants, and a farmers market on Saturdays. It’s really close to Greenwich, Nunhead and Peckham, and door-to-door from the flat to Trafalgar Square is half an hour!
